Need some more technology tools to make the clinical teams more efficient.

Very low pay, below market compensation, high expectations for low pay. No matter what you do/give; they may “tell” you they appreciate you but they always rate you “average” even when you exceed the requirements (productivity, shifts, etc). Per Diem employees have expectations to show up on weekends and holidays (making work/life balance better for staff but per Diem employees have NOT had a pay raise is over SEVEN YEARS. Ridiculous. Community should be embarrassed to expect them to cover the prime days, no insurance or health benefits and no pay raise in almost nine years - well below industry market. Shame on them for exploiting people!!
