      Integrated Health Network with offices, hospitals, clinics all over Central IN

      Cons

      It is difficult to speak with a live human being when HR is contacted and there is an extremely long lag time in the response time for job applications that are completed online.

      Pros to this network is that they hire LPN's on the hospital units. Not just in the clinical setting.

      Community Health Network puts patients first, expects truth-telling and transparency, and provides access to high quality health care.

      Cons

      Community Health Network is not inclusive. Top management is overwhelming white and mostly male. There are few women in top management positions, and even fewer minorities -- African-American, Latino, Asian. There is a real lack of diversity across the network -- gender-stereotypical roles, few older and disabled employees.
