      Pros

      My coworkers are the reason I stayed in my department. I love what I do, my job is constant and the one department that deals with EVERY department.

      Cons

      THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY TO KEEP UP WOTH THE COST OF LIVING. If you are an hourly employee, you’re getting crumbs. This is a MULTI BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY. I swear we get paid like it’s a mom and pop corner store. They don’t want to give fair raises.

      Family Atmosphere, great benefits package including PTO days, leadership team that cares.

      Cons

      Team members stay at Community a long time so if you're interested in another position within the network be patient (this is also a good thing).
