      Pros

      Good pay, yearly bonus check, good people to work with

      Cons

      Always short staffed, schedule comes out the day before the month it is due (always a problem with the schedule), not flexible on hours (other hospitals offer 12 hour shifts) and expect you to work 7-sometimes 12 days in a row, poor communication between management and staff, changed uniforms 4 times in the couple of years I have been here.

      Generous leave time, flexible scheduling and diverse workforce. Open door policy for CEO and employees will pitch in to help when needed.

      Cons

      Long work hours for salaried workers for extended periods of time. Decisions are made without consulting with employee responsible for making change possible. Not allowed to say "no".

      Flexible work schedule and relaxed environment. Work from home option. Progressive Healthcare and innovation encouraged

      Cons

      Slightly lower industry pay. Lower organizational and strategic alignment across the company. New integration of systems in 2015 / 2016 means a lot of confusion but a lot of opportunity as well.
