      Community Health Network's School Based Program processes to increase revenue via insurance at the expense of the mental health needs of youth, youth quality of life & at the expense of the wellbeing of youth's therapists. Medicaid money is the goal. Children & the professionals needed are just the unimportant means to get that money.
