Pros

Remnants of family culture can still be found Pay is decent Patients First is largely true

Cons

VP turnover is constant, and many of the newer ones are more about relationship than competency Rahm Emmanuel would be proud. They have used COVID crisis to implement executive wish lists of initiatives to their hearts delight Have no regard to working conditions of mgmt team members - have taken a disposable mentality. how many network wide physician exec’s do you really need? Mgmt systems are reflective of the culture; too many of them, duplicative, hastily launched, subtracted and added all the time, w little support to understand the expectations, and uses, little lone beat practices.

Pros

It’s a job. I can’t wait to leave.

Cons

Unsafe staffing. The motto is “patients first” but really it’s just “money first”. You get crapped on all the time. High turnover rate. Benefits are terrible. Oh! And due to covid.. they are no longer matching our 401k. Raises are a joke. Some years you’d be lucky to get $0.30/hour raise, yet they will pay resource and travel nurses significantly more money versus retaining staff. Hard to have a work/life balance when you have mandatory call.
