      Great Pay Poor Health Insurance

      Pros

      Loved my department and managers and co workers. Salary was very good. Benefits were mediocre. Health Insurance is very poor and you're benefits network is limited to Community Health. If tou go out of network the health insurance is all but unusable.

      Pros

      The staffing is fair with ratio 3-4:1 on PCU. . Competitive pay compared to area hospitals. Amazing coworkers.

      Cons

      Smaller than surrounding hospitals in downtown so evidence based practice is a bit delayed to be implemented

      Pros

      They offered a lot of opportunities to expand my skill set, which has been great as I furthered my career. They also provided us with a lot of the tools we needed to work with clients rather than expecting us to do it ourselves.

      Cons

      The pay wasn't great considering how much we were expected to do for the clients. We also were expected to provide transportation for clients, which I was never comfortable with.
