      Pros

      Patients actually get excellent care and service provided to them.

      Cons

      Management does not seem to value employee satisfaction or morale at all. It just feels all about the money and showing a good image rather than truly being given the time and resources to do a great job. Employees spend many free hours working here to keep up.

      Pros

      Great program managers, good PTO, flexible schedule within certain perimeters, having the opportunity to provide services to clients and their families.

      Cons

      Big company, so policy changes get made sometimes that don't work well for certain branches of the company, rate of pay, productivity requirements.

      Pros

      Good benefits, better than IU Heath in my opinion which I worked for previously. Pay scale slightly higher than surrounding hospitals.

      Cons

      Like any large healthcare system, change is frequent and inevitable. Your opinion in the grand scheme of things will most likely not matter.
