Pros
Great co-workers, average pay. They do offer employer funded HRA/HSA, but ONLY if you go to a Community Health Network provider...translation, you can use these funds ONLY if you give it back to us!
Cons
HORRIBLE insurance benefits! As a hospital system, you would think it would be better. Nearly all insurances have lower deductibles and out-of-pocket cost, and obtaining authorizations is very challenging, you will be on hold forever. Management shows favoritism to under-performing employees and the "pretty people". Many openings are filled by promoting friends & family who are unqualified. Inconsistent instructs are given, so employees doing the same work are completing tasks differently and often incompletely.
