Work From Home, free equipment, pay rate.

Cons

High stress, over complicated problems. Doctors, nurses, staff that treat black people like crap. Manager and supervisor do not value people of color at all. Were constantly propping up young white colleagues. Openly hostile to me had nothing nice to say to me.. Very abusive. Ruined my career in IT. I wish I never signed on to work for them.

back breaking workload even before covid. no respect for staffing ratios, even before covid. killer workload for support staff so rarely fully staffed for shift
