It's a good ol' boys culture, run by novices. In fairness, the culture comes down from Corporate. They do not invest in employees including middle management which causes a lot of smart people to bolt for the door. Very high turnover rate... The first alarm went off when no one could answer a question at New Employee Orientation because they were all brand new. Profit and numbers are ahead of everything. It's a negative reinforcement system with frequent reminders of things to be written up for. You can survive here but why would you want to?

Im at a loss for how I was treated here from the very beginning. Digging in and commiting to extra work when my team needed someone to step up and then being tossed like a piece of trash was humiliating to say the least. Shame on you...And the endless excuses not to pay you commissions and bonuses.... Some of us have families to support. Our hard work should be compensated appropriately
