      The job was focused on productivity.

      Pros

      It was a remote job. They provided the equipment. They had monthly educational webinars. You could submit a coding case for review.

      Cons

      There were too many softwares to use for capturing charges. There was a spreadsheet to fill out at the end of the day where you had to count all your charges and assign them to the correct correct column for productivity measurement (e.g., 15 charts per hour when using EZDI). It took about 20 minutes to fill out the spreadsheet. Low wages. They didn't pay for coding books or aapc membership.

      Pros

      There is great work life balance as far as scheduling hours. Colleagues are professional and knowledgeable, and I learn a lot a very valuable information from working intensively with the critical care providers.

      Cons

      As at most other hospital systems today, we can be shortstaffed at times and could definitely use more CNA‘s.

      -Can speak up without fear of retaliation, ideas are encouraged and explored, everyone works hard and as a team, leadership is supportive and kind, overall best work culture I have ever experienced.

      Cons

      Just like anywhere some days are stressful, but overall no real complaints.
