      Pros

      Everyone is as passionate about their job as I am about mine. That means everyone is glad to be there and give the company their best.

      Cons

      The company is expanding but trying to keep growth at a manageable pace; consequently, it's a VERY busy place.

      Pros

      Wages/Benes, community feeling, solid team in place, they understand and support work/life balance. Tuition assistance is available. They believe in fun in the workplace, while being productive.

      Cons

      No real cons; it's work, not vacation. This place is like any other workplace; it's what you make it. If you're happy elsewhere, you'd be happy here; if you're always miserable, you'll be miserable here as well.

      great people and benefits pay is good

      my manager was able to get away with workplace harassment don't dare cross them because the only answer is to leave upper managment doesn't care if they like that mid-level guy
