Pros

Organization seems friendly. FT Transit Operators are offered fixed routes.

Cons

Lousy medical benefits, prescription drug plan for Uniform Medical Plan provides 50% coverage for brand name drugs, but even generic drugs can be very high. The worst Rx coverage I have ever seen in any plan. Work for King County or another Transit Agency.

Pros

Excellent benefits and competitive pay

Cons

Job duties very unclear. Favoritism is over the top. Office politics rule. Lots of bullying on all levels. Mid-level managers are especially insecure and vindictive
