Pros

- Good pay for the Industry as a whole. - Decent Benefit Package - Fitness Center sorta - Physical Therapy Services on site

Cons

- Other Agencies in area pay more - Micromanagement a major issue - Punitive everything, never seen a company try to hard to terminate you. - Attempting to install DriveCAM AI cameras on drivers. - Little effort to provide a safe workplace, usually way behind industry on Safety.

Pros

Good benefits, including employee gym and physical therapy

Cons

Poor communication across the agency. Management often doesn’t know what they want from specific positions, so job descriptions don’t match the assigned job duties. There are many reports of discrimination and I experienced manager gaslighting.

To that end, we have forwarded your feedback to the appropriate leaders responsible for the areas included in your post. We seek to provide a working environment that is welcoming and inclusive so that people can feel safe to bring their whole selves to work and thrive. Therefore, all managers complete diversity, equity, and inclusion training. The training touches on the topics you mentioned, such as neurodivergence and religious and racial differences. We are disappointed to learn of possible instances of discrimination. If you are willing, Community Transit’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager would value the opportunity to talk with you about this so that we can improve the employee experience.
