Fat-paced culture, good to learn

Business Outlook

Pros

You have the opportunity to learn a lot, because there are truly very talented people within the company. I worked alongside coworkers with deep knowledge, strong ownership, and a lot of drive. At least in the projects I was part of, there was great teamwork, it was collaborative and supportive.

Cons

1. The environment is very fast-paced, which often leaves little room for thoughtful design processes like user research, iteration, or proper refinement. 2. Although designers are involved in many conversations, there are moments where it feels like our perspectives are not fully considered in decision-making. 3. The high-pressure environment and frequent shifts in direction can be mentally exhausting. 4. Leadership transitions within the team were not handled with sufficient context-sharing or alignment with the existing team. Major decisions, including layoffs, lacked clear communication around the rationale.

Ambitious and fun

Business Outlook

Pros

Ambitious place with a lot of opportunity. Have to be willing to deal with ambiguity and young leadership, but the tradeoff in personal growth is worth it.

Cons

Scaling fast can be disorganized
