Thank you so much for taking the time to share this critical feedback with us. Feedback from both current and former employees is the best way for us to improve and grow Commure as a company. I’m sorry that you had a negative experience during your time here. Your feedback on product and vision is noted and we recognize that over the past year, there have been quite a few shifts in our strategies internally. While some degree of change is to be expected at a startup, we recognize that there is room for improvement in our communications and continuing to keep the focus on real-world healthcare. While our vision to empower the healthcare ecosystem hasn’t changed, we can do more to connect our employees to that vision through tangible examples of how their work connects to improving healthcare. Our Product and Product Marketing teams are constantly working to better understand the needs of our users through conversations and feedback sessions with customers about their healthcare needs. Your feedback to provide more forums for employees to surface their concerns or ideas is excellent and we will investigate ways to improve this feedback loop. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experiences with us and we wish you all the best.

Pros

The job is beyond easy

Cons

New ownership has no money and it shows. No raises in 2 years now and they just cut their funding for health insurance so its now $6000 a year just to pay for the insurance and then a $2000 deductible. They also havent backfilled any vacant positions so some departments are getting by with 1-2 employees and it shows.
