Pros

It has good work environment, and you have minimal interaction with team so nobody can undermine your work all it matters is the review of your doctor who you are working with.

Cons

Now, they are trying to micromanage how you and what time you work. Their new work platform tracks every second you work and how much time you take break. I am all for productivity, but tracking a 5-minute break is overkill. The worst thing is that they will make you work overtime and in some cases on weekends, but no incentives. They only give comp-off that too will be cancelled if they are short-staffed. Also, career growth is little to none. Salary is also average compared to market standard.
