Pros

1. On-time salary 2. Free meal

Cons

This company has a toxic and unprofessional culture. Workplace boundaries are practically nonexistent, and personal relationships dominate everything. It often feels more like a place for drama and hookups than a serious organization. Gossip, favoritism, and internal conflicts are everywhere. There is little respect for professionalism, and it shows in how people behave and how work gets done. There are also serious ethical concerns. Reports of substance use and inappropriate behavior are common, yet nothing is addressed. In some cases, the situation goes beyond unprofessional into outright misconduct. The biggest issue is management. They are aware of what’s happening but choose to ignore it, which only makes things worse. Many young men are involved in drug use, including marijuana and yaba. Issues like love triangles, making intimate videos, and blackmail have become quite common. Yet, no one seems willing to speak up about it because everyone is a part of it, including the senior leaders. If you care about your career, growth, or basic professional standards, this is not a place you should consider.
