      Remote, but honestly, there are no pros to this

      This is not a product company whatsoever. You have business analysts literally coding up the infrasturcture for commure with no code/low code, and have no engineering background at all. If you are an engineer, avoid this company at all costs. Extremely toxic management style with inexperienced managers who have zero technical background whatsoever. My skin was turning yellow from the domain disconnect and felt like I was going to have a heart attack or brain aneurysm, very unhealthy here.

      a few good people within a bad company

      fake 5 star reviews flooding in should tell you everything. this company is so fake, work theater, toxic environment and no upward mobility at all. be prepared to be underpaid, under appreciated and have no direction. no strategy or long term vision beyond a day to day scramble. the churn here is beyond belief, most talented people leave, the rest of the org treads water until the hammer eventually will come down. do not recommend, do not even apply. joke organization

      You will want to work hard for this company. Everything they are doing is fascinating. Make sure you set boundaries to not become a complete workaholic
