      Pros

      It has so much VC money poured into from Hemant Tenaja that people know it and expert networks will want to pay you for an hour to talk about it.

      Cons

      It's run by people who are extracting value from anyplace they can find it without actually adding value or building anything sustainable.

      Pros

      Ability to move up the chain quickly if that is important to you. There are some super smart people, they just aren't at the top.

      Cons

      Some of the most incompetent senior management in the Valley. They are all way too young, scaled too fast, and don't practice any sort of fundamentals or consistency in the business. Strategies change every quarter, products get launched and descoped all the time. Seems like they are throwing globs of sh*t at a wall and just hoping something sticks. Not a great position to be in when you've raised over $1b of VC, and you're in this deep.
