Pros

I’m having an absolute blast at Commure. The leadership is amazingly supportive, and I feel like my ideas are always heard. Senior leaders genuinely take the time to mentor us and help us grow, which means so much to me. I’m inspired by everyone’s hustle and how they’re always open to feedback and willing to act on it. If you’re looking for a place where you can learn, level up your career, and feel truly valued, this is it.

Cons

Not enough office dogs and we need hoodies

Pros

People – There are many great reasons to work at Athelas, but for me, the biggest one is the people. I’ve worked with incredible teams before, but the caliber of talent here is truly unmatched. The team is filled with some of the smartest, most driven, and genuinely fun people you’ll ever meet. Leadership is equally impressive—they genuinely care about your growth and will match whatever effort you put in (and then some). Product – I absolutely love what we sell. We’re solving real, pressing problems in healthcare that impact both patients and doctors. Helping physicians focus on patient care instead of drowning in administrative work is incredibly rewarding. It’s rare to find a job where your work has such a meaningful impact, and I truly believe what we’re building will reshape healthcare for decades to come. That’s something worth waking up for. Company – The opportunities here are unparalleled. The growth potential is massive, and my own career has benefited tremendously—as has the career trajectory of so many around me. When you bring together a world-class team, an innovative product, and a leadership group that’s aligned on a bold vision, you get Athelas. And that’s what makes this such an exciting place to be! Athelas isn’t just a great place to work—it’s a place where you can grow, make an impact, and be part of something truly transformative in healthcare.

Cons

These are only Cons depending how you view them and are more just the reality of working here. Fast-Paced Environment – We move at an incredible speed, with daily product updates and shifting initiatives. It can sometimes feel like a moving target, and communication may not always keep up. Staying proactive is key, but this pace is what drives real impact—every team is operating at full throttle to get things done. Constant Change – Athelas is growing and evolving rapidly, which means priorities, processes, and strategies can shift quickly. If you need a highly structured, predictable environment, this might feel overwhelming. Adaptability is key, as thriving here requires embracing change and staying flexible as the company scales. That said, people here are always willing to help—you just have to ask! If you thrive in a fast-moving, high-impact environment where you can take ownership and grow, Athelas is an incredible place to be. The pace is intense, but the work is meaningful, the team is supportive, and the opportunities to make a real difference are everywhere!

Pros

Commure is a great place to work if you care about building software that makes a real life impact. The mission to improve healthcare feels genuine and motivating. Its great to work for a company that really makes an impact on improving people's lives. As a developer, I appreciate the modern tech stack, the opportunity to tackle meaningful technical challenges, and most of all my awesome team. Leadership also encourages us to innovate and supports our growth, and the flexible work environment makes it easy to maintain a healthy work-life balance

Cons

Things can move fast and priorities sometimes shift, but that’s expected in a growing company and overall communication is improving.
