Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. These reviews are an invaluable feedback loop for Commure to help identify and improve key areas across the company. We’ve worked hard in the past year to improve communications internally and while we believe things are better, we also acknowledge that there is ample opportunity to both continue improving communications generally but also to give our employees more of a voice. Over the past year we’ve endeavored to communicate frequently, openly, and honestly through forums like our Company All Hands and this year we’re introducing additional communications opportunities internally such as an employee newsletter to keep everyone informed and up-to-date.
