Pros

exciting vision to build the first healthcare OS.

Cons

At quarterly all-hands meetings the CFO frequently talked about how much "runway" the company had, but then there were ~20% layoffs in January 2023. After that layoff, there were no "foreseeable layoffs" for at least the next year. Of course the economy can change, and interest rates have been high, which affects financials, but it was misleading and NOT transparent when they continued to quietly trim positions month to month for the rest of 2023.

Pros

Great problems to solve High data volumes Great health tech team

Cons

As a health tech startup, it's hard to keep the pace to innovate inside larger customers. There's customer's ancient tech and closed proprietary systems that difficult even small initiatives.
