In response to your observations around us having above average salary; thank you for your recognition in relation to this, we endeavor to attract, retain and reward quality talent on our team. The concerns raised around your experience in your role; we were very surprised and equally concerned to hear this. We have many initiatives underway such as team wellness programs, great place to work projects, social & fun clubs where we encourage healthy lifestyles and promote great events. There are numerous existing rewards and recognition programs and we continue to look for new ways to recognize our great team. We listen to our employee's concerns and provide many opportunities for them to pass on feedback around all areas of their role, including a yearly anonymous worldwide employee survey. We were pleased to see very high workplace satisfaction ratings from employees across all parts of our business.
