      Good at the beginning, bad at the end

      Pros

      Good product, small company, flixible and enterpreneurship environment

      Cons

      Attracting micro-managers from big vendors for VP and AVP positions (mostly in EMEA) with weird culture that ruins enthusiasm and attitude plus affects the numbers. So called new leadership is nothing but covering new useless executives and putting a blame on old, but still performing passionate professionals.

      Good company but growth very slow or next to nothing for some

      Pros

      A good flexible working environment in general with a handful of wonderful people. You learn a lot which could be good and bad.

      Cons

      If you are a person of colour your growth could be quiet slow so wouldn't recommend applying. The opportunities given are not based on your qualifications or your performance. Its once you leave you realise how much politics there actually is and even how ignorant senior management is to what happens in the teams. Wouldn't recommend as a good place to work to anyone I know.
