Pros

-Strong Management to 3rd line of sales - Team based selling approach, all hands on deck - After realizing I joined the Titanic, it took 9 months for them to fire me. God I am in GREAT shape

Cons

- C-Suite MUST be on dope to think they can compete with EMC, Veritas, Rubrik, Cohisity with current licensing strategy. ~Marketing? (Crickets) ~Innovation "For the last13 years, I have said we are still NOT interested in selling an appliance...next question" Bob Hammer (2018-Introducing the NEW Commvault Hyperscale Appliance) - Company should have been chopped up years ago but EGO turned it into the Kmart of technology....or at least Elliott Management will...

Pros

1) Good work life balance. WFH & PTO policies are good. Maternity leave policy is excellent. 2) Ample parking space! I spent a few minutes trying to find another positive but just can't see one.

Cons

1) For a tech company, the level of innovation is very low. Majority of senior employees have been here for nearly a decade(or more) and are stuck in the technology stack the started with. Tech leads and engineering managers look at you with suspicion when you try to innovate. 2) There is a very heavy top-down approach. Managers believe in command and execute mode. Engineering head has right ideas but is surrounded by head nodders. 3) Poor software development process. Stuck in late 90s early 2000s. Hope they realize soon that doing the same (wrong) thing and expecting different result is just plain insanity.
