Technology is strong in the market, full complement of data/information solutions.

Cons

Constant change in organization and the new Oracle people are not adding any net new value but rather pining the original sales people against them. Good ole boy network is being pulled in and they don't know the space but they think they do.

I would be happy to tell you some positive reasons for working at Commvault, however there are none. Worst software company on the planet to work for. "CA was like a party" compared to these guys.

Cons

The most "ruthless" software company I have ever worked for. This is the theme from the most senior management tiers of the company, throughout all the sales management layers. Extreme "good ole boy network" on steroids. Storage company mentality. And, in addition to being ruthless, they are downright mean! They are also cheap! They have the worst environment in which to work and the worst corporate mentality.

Remote workers; individuals are very nice. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Company is not open to new ideas or suggestions; no area for growth/promotions. Many unqualified people in their positions. A lot of good old boys favoring each other. They do not understand marketing and how to run a company.
