      Product is innovativ but can also be too complex. License policies/costs can be cumbersom

      Cons

      Hire and fire since years. The company has no culture. Customers are asking the sales guy will show up again for a second meeting, or not. This is not building trust in the company nor the product over the long run

      good work life balance.... decent facilities

      Cons

      Higher management in India should be changed high time old heads.... new people new blood new idea lacking.... The higher mgt infact is micro managing which makes everyone feel as if they are jobless at that level. Hopefully the new CEO brings some change....
