      Great potential but poor management

      Pros

      A lot of talent at corporate level. Personal company with a good culture. Interesting product, especially for the enterprise. Competitive salary

      Cons

      Extremely poor management in my region. Friends hiring friends from EMC. Absent management or micromanagement - nothing in between. Company doesn't have a strong strategy within their expected growth areas.

      Pros

      Great product Interesting tech Speak to a lot of people over the phone from all over the world, if you're into that kind of work - 1--% phone based.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance with shift rotations Boring culture Feels like the company think they have a great culture on the outside, but once you're inside it's pretty average. No social events. No one says good morning to you, there's very little interaction between employees during the day - strange culture.
