      Great product. Recently hired sales leaders are a welcome addition and are moving the company in the right direction.

      Cons

      Big improvements in Marketing but there is still a lot of work to be done especially from a thought leadership perspective. There are pockets of good leadership around career development and advancement but it is not the company norm. It's time to move beyond the talk to execution when it comes to managing your greatest asset, your people..
