      Pros

      My team & my management is awesome. Excellent product & visionary company. Unique place to be -- a company that's been around a long time, is trusted and valued by customers, is financially solid ... but is also changing really fast. Lots of opportunity to make an impact. Good mix of people who've been with the company for years and lots of new blood as well. We work hard, but we have fun.

      Cons

      Opportunity for working closer across regions. Also, pace is fast ... a good thing, but need to be careful to make work/life balance a priority.

      Pros

      Commvault has really flexible timings i could never imagined companies could be so flexible. Other than this atmosphere is really friendly, from top level to the coworkers i found every body so amicable.

      Cons

      Coordination with the teams in US becomes a problem some times.
