      Pros

      The team environment is generally supportive and managers are approachable. Expectations are usually clear and communication is fairly transparent. The company supports hybrid and flexible working, which helps maintain a reasonable work-life balance. There is good collaboration across teams, particularly between renewals, sales, and technical functions. Training resources are available and useful for learning the product and understanding the market.

      Cons

      On the downside, some processes can be slow and overly complex due to the size and maturity of the organisation. Compensation is competitive but not market-leading, especially compared to newer SaaS companies. Internal tools and systems work but could be more modern and efficient. Career progression can depend heavily on timing, business priorities, and leadership alignment rather than a clearly defined path.
