Pros

Work from home was great

Cons

They will lie to you and tell you and mane promises to you from the time you interview to the time you start working about how much you’ll make in commission and you’ll barely see a thing but your base. Depending on which role you apply to and the market/industry you might make the money they tell you about or you might not. Especially with the rehab specialties. For the time I was there I definitely felt lied to and wasted my time. I don’t even put this place on my resume. I had been hired at the start of 2022 and that’s when they were on Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work” list and they wouldn’t let anyone forget. They also rub “we have a diverse environment” in your face but I barely saw that. They did a lot of tooting their own horn. I had to look elsewhere for opportunities because this place had limited room for growth. I’ve also seen Way better insurance, theirs was expensive for no reason

Pros

Benefits, provided tools to work from home (laptop, headset, etc)

Cons

I started here right before the pandemic. The initial adjustment to work from home was pretty smooth. Although, the culture quickly declined. There was minimal adjustments to how new hires were continued to train. In my case, management was very minimally involved with giving feedback. After a year and a half of meeting all expectations, I was let go for not producing enough revenue, although there was minimal actionable goals/feedback to do so until I was given 2 weeks to "significantly improve".

Pros

Training is thorough and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The core values are great and they care about employees.

Cons

High expectations with sales. Not a lot of time off. Base pay is low if you don’t hit commission after first year
