As an agent and team member at Rogers Healy and Associates, I have nothing but complimentary feedback. After having worked in several parts of the country, I appreciate my experience at RHA so much. I feel so lucky to be apart of a professional, supportive, collaborative, and exciting organization. When asked why I made the choice to join Rogers Healy, all I can say is I was immediately seduced by the vast resources available to agents from day 01. Since this industry can be cut throat, I would never want to join a company that fosters that culture within the offices as well. RHA is the exact opposite. I am so jealous and excited for everyone who has gotten to join us as clients, because I'm so sure that the level of service an RHA agent provides is unmatched.

Any cons associated with working at RHA have to do with the details of the role of a real estate agent. This is an optimal working environment for real estate agents, especially when first starting out.
