Working at Rogers Healy and Associates has been a dream! From my initial interview, I laid out my goals and vision for my new career and Rogers has continually pushed and encouraged me to meet them! The training is second to none and the back office offers support each step of the way. I highly recommend this brokerage to any agent looking to achieve their goals and have a family backing you on every transaction.

Cons

Because of COVID, I have not been spending time in the office and miss seeing other agents to swap stories and ask questions.
