Pros

Honestly? It's just working from home.

Cons

The offshore customer service representatives were paid poorly! I, for example was paid $4.25 per hour! That's 30% of what the US employees get and the workload is like hell! The upper management treat the PH employees like slaves and they'll micromanage you. It was very suffocating even if you're working from home.
