Lack of direction from senior managers who don't give you the right information or tools to do your job effectively & efficently . Never seen a team who are being to produce food that you'd never even feed to your dog , I've worked for over 25yrs in high profile kitchens & my contract is the just abysmal , was it not for the residents I'd of walked out after my 2nd week
