I’ve been working at this firm for quite some time now and have had a really good experience. I’ve worked at two other firms before and honestly had a rough time. Working here has been such a refreshing change. Management is super supportive and cares about the team. The bosses are always around if you need help or have questions, which makes a huge difference. You never feel stuck or ignored. Everyone is approachable, and easy going. Overall, it’s a great place to build experience, especially if you’re serious about growing in the legal field. Not perfect, but definitely a place where you can learn, contribute, and feel like your work matters.

The hours are great and the pay is solid. Simon and Joseph are really good leaders. They’re compassionate, genuine, and just good people to work for, which makes the whole environment easy to work in. I’m honestly really grateful to be part of this office. They also have room to grow!
