Pros
I’ve been working at this firm for quite some time now and have had a really good experience. I’ve worked at two other firms before and honestly had a rough time. Working here has been such a refreshing change. Management is super supportive and cares about the team. The bosses are always around if you need help or have questions, which makes a huge difference. You never feel stuck or ignored. Everyone is approachable, and easy going. Overall, it’s a great place to build experience, especially if you’re serious about growing in the legal field. Not perfect, but definitely a place where you can learn, contribute, and feel like your work matters.
Cons
It can get a little stressful at times when dealing with more demanding clients, but it’s part of the job and you learn how to handle it pretty quickly. It definitely helps you build patience and communication skills along the way.
