Pros

Management is knowledgeable and supportive. The culture is laid back and friendly. The owners are genuine people who appreciate their employees not just a corporation out for money. Initial trainings are effective and hands on--you aren't just thrown to the wolves.

Cons

Hours and as a result, pay, are variable due to cancellations by clients. However, in comparison to most ABA companies in the area the pay and benefits are competitive.

Inconsistency with client caseload, poor communication between the assessment and assigning clients, clinicians having to beg for client's and assessments, and to maintain insurance with them there is a 105-hour requirement per month.

Pros

- small company that is quickly growing - commitment to ethical ABA, which can be very hard to find these days - Pay is great; you even get a $80/hour bonus if you go over your monthly billable requirement (95 hours, which is pretty easy to hit) - opportunities to advance within the company if you put in the time and effort - a ton of autonomy; everyone gets supervised, and there is a structure, but tons of room to individualize care for clients - diverse client types: clients range from 1 to 22 years of age - emphasis on PFA/SBT, if you're familiar with that type of therapy

Cons

- small company; it's easy to get overlooked or not get support if you're new to the field - they do things very differently than most ABA agencies, which can be overwhelming for new folks - very slow to move when it comes to implementing a new process - logistics and scheduling can take up a huge chunk of your day
