Great communication Supportive leadership Modern strategies that are more respectful towards the client (compared to other aba services)

Aba can be really damaging to kids :/ I had little experience but was placed with clients with high rates of aggression without training

Great learning experience working with clients. Freedom to be creative with sessions and treatment plans.

Cons

Management is unsupportive. Hours inconsistent. I did not have a steady paycheck. If you want a full-time job, this is not it.
