Good pay Decent new hire trainings Supportive staff

Cons

Hard to reach full time status Don’t get to pick a supervisor so may end up with someone you ha e some issues with Late hours, really feels like you’re working all day with admin stuff in the morning and sessions in the afternoon/evening. Makes work-life balance hard After the new hire trainings, they don’t provide much opportunity to grow. Mostly wait for the opportunity to come to you.

Was a great job with great and friendly staff. I enjoyed my time there.

Cons

Will have a lot of people all asking you for multiple things at the same time and can get pretty demanding and overwhelming if you do not stay organized. Also a lot of driving involved.
