Been here a for a while. If you told me a few years ago Compass would be where it was now in terms financials, culture, etc, I'd laugh at you. It really has become a top-tier place to work.

Cons

The planning process, the drawn out performance review process. Leadership feels like a derivative of Amazon...

Cons
