Pros

This company has great healthcare benefits and the overall atmosphere of young agents and staff is refreshing. The software is also fantastic.

Cons

Marketing is a bit out of touch for what actually drives sales in local markets. The department tries to apply blanket policies and processes that just don't work for every market.

Cons

everyone else is awful. they will tell you they have an incredible culture, but they just work really hard to look like they have one. They have an unlimited PTO policy which is only looked at as acceptable for certain employees, those who may be ill or not liked by management will be negatively impacted by taking time off.
