Pros

Will pitch a great job with room for growth, support and autonomy.

Cons

Will be heavily micromanaged, constantly be pushed to prove while the company should keep your position. The company also changes full job responsibilities after hiring and punishes you if you do not adjust to a job you did not sign up for. Unfortunately, all the company cares about is its shareholders which is rotting the company culture from the inside out.
