      Okay place to work, but not secure due to the nature of the business

      Good pay and benefits Decent communication, though events are a bit over the top Agents can be great to work with

      Cons

      The business grew too fast, likely due to the injection of funds from softbank. This was unsustainable Interest rate hikes caused most of the jobs to disappear. I built a world-class team, just to let most of them go because we couldn't weather the storm. Alcohol is free-flowing in the offices, and at a lot of events, much of the staff and agents are drunk.

      Pros

      Great people, great office atmosphere, wonderful sales managers and AEMs are always in office and super helpful. The front desk staff is also always extremely helpful.

      Cons

      The snacks are not nearly as good as they were circa 2021-2022 at the Chicago HQ office; I feel bad for the front desk crew (lots of turnover) because they are expected to wear so many hats and are expected to be Agent Experience Coordinators rather than office managers.
