      Great while it lasted

      Pros

      My team was awesome. Easily some of the smartest people I've worked with.

      Cons

      I got laid off—along with about half the product and engineering team—9 months after I got hired. While, I have a lot of respect for my manager and for my team, I've got none for the folks who decided to over-hire on a risk. The highest price they paid for the hundreds of layoffs is maybe some embarrassment that they made bad choices. Except for those who got let go with literally millions of dollars in their pockets, of course.

      Pros

      You meet some really impressive people both on the agent side and corporate team.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with reality. Stuck in the past on telling stories of how they used to recruit(with an enormous signing bonus). Want their sales ppl to come into office even if it has 0 advance to the employee. Spins every story to blame the corporate employee and takes 0 accountability for their mishaps and wrong doing.
