The pay can be good if you work like crazy

Cons

Lack of diversity, discriminatory hiring practices, very few people of color in leadership or hiring roles. Future applicants...be aware that they present this diverse inclusive ecosystem but it's not true. Check the employee demographics in LinkedIn for yourself
