      Pros

      Compass is revolutionizing the real estate industry by building technology and resources to help agents better serve their clients and continue to grow their businesses. The company has one of the most incredible cultures I have ever been part of, and they do everything they can to build a tight-knit agent and employee community. The salaries are higher than industry averages, they offer a fitness/wellness reimbursement monthly, amazing healthcare, equity opportunities, and much more.

      Cons

      The only con is there is currently no 401k match. However, there are plans to incorporate this as an added benefit in the future.

The company's industry position is confidence inspiring, and will likely lead to a continuation of growth opportunities for individuals. If you're talented, they'll work to find the right fit for you within the company.

      Cons

      Salaries are better than other SaaS AE roles, but could use some inflation to match the level of talent at the Enterprise Sales level that is here.
